Are all outfits eligible for returns?

Most of the outfits are eligible for a return/ exchange. Being a made-to-order label, please note that we accept only one round of exchange/returns. Outfits in the size range S-XXL can be returned/exchanged (not applicable on sale or discounted products)

Orders which are customized can’t be returned.

Outfits purchased during sale or offers and discounted outfits can not be exchanged/returned unless you have received a defective product from our end. In such a scenario, photographs need to be shared with us within 1 day of delivery. In case of defective products, store credit will be issued.  All our outfits are handcrafted and hence minor variations in colour and weaves are not considered as defects.

Till when can I return an outfit?

We adopt a 3 day RETURN/EXCHANGE policy, given that the outfit(s) are unwashed, unused and have the original packaging and tags intact. For returning your order(s), we would request you to drop an e-mail on support@stitchedpoetry.com briefly specifying the reason for returning the product. This would not only help us understand you better, but also would be an opportunity for us to learn from our errors and serve you better in future.

As soon as we receive your returned outfits, they are checked by our quality team. Once they give the “okay” signal, your store credit (equivalent to outfit value) should reflect in your account within 15 days!

How Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders once placed can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them. You can get in touch via email (support@stitchedpoetry.com) or WhatsApp on (+91) 7828902789.

Orders placed during Sale or Special Discounts can't be cancelled under any circumstances.

What if I receive a defective/ damaged outfit?

We take our time to carefully craft each outfit, making sure that only the most impeccable quality outfits reach you. However, if there are any such unfortunate circumstances, wherein you receive a damaged/defective outfit, we request you to e-mail us at support@stitchedpoetry.com with the order ID, and a brief description with pictures of the defect within 24 hours of delivery. We shall get back to you within 48 hours and make up for our errors in the best way possible!

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are available as store credit which is valid for 3 months from the date of reflection. They shall reflect in your Stitched Poetry account within 15 days of receiving an “okay” signal for your returned outfit(s) from our team. You will also receive an e-mail notification for the same.

I received the wrong size. Can it be exchanged?

For standard sizes, please refer to the size chart  before you add outfits to your cart. If there is any other confusion, feel free to contact our assistance team. Please note that we accept only one round of returns and exchanges. You can also have your outfit customized for an additional charge. Please note that outfits purchased during sale/customised outfits can not be exchanged or returned. However, if the ordered size doesn’t fit you or you ordered the wrong size, we request you to follow the below mentioned steps:

  1. Email or call our assistance team and we’ll initiate the exchange process. Don’t forget to add a short note with your size requirements along with the outfit.
  2. Once we receive the “okay” signal for your returned outfit from our team, we shall deliver the outfit within 15 days.
  3. Alternatively, if you want a credit note to be issued instead of exchange, please notify our assistance team regarding the same.
  4. You can then use your store credit to make the next purchase.

What is your price parity policy?

1. Price Adjustments: Stitched Poetry does not offer price adjustments for previously purchased items, even if the product goes on sale at a later date. The prices at the time of purchase are final, and any subsequent changes in prices will not affect previous transactions.

2. Sale Policy: Our sales and promotional events are scheduled at the discretion of Stitched Poetry and may vary in duration and scope. Any purchases made outside the sale period are not eligible for retroactive price matching or refunds based on subsequent price changes.

3. Final Decision: Stitched Poetry reserves the right to determine the pricing and promotional strategies for all products. In the event of price changes or sales, our decisions are final and not subject to retroactive adjustments for past purchases.

What is the process of return?
