We are as excited to deliver your order as you are to receive it! We know how to take care of your needs and thus every outfit is tailor-made to suit your requirements. Each order takes a minimum of 10-15 days to dispatch and reach you. However, if you want to wear our outfits for a special occasion and need an expedited delivery, we would try our best to make it happen for you! All you have to do is contact our assistance team and they’ll take care of the rest.
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. You can do this by notifying our assistance team. Although, orders which are customized can’t be cancelled once they are placed.
You can redeem coupons and voucher at the checkout page, before you proceed with the final payment.
SHIPPING & RETURN
Most of the outfits are eligible for a return/ exchange. More information for the same is available on the individual outfit page. However, orders which are customized or purchased during sale can’t be returned or exchanged.
We adopt a 3 day FREE RETURN/EXCHANGE policy, given that the outfit(s) are unwashed, unused and have the original packaging and tags intact. For returning your order(s), we would request you to drop an e-mail on [email protected] , briefly specifying the reason for returning the product. This would not only help us understand you better, but also would be an opportunity for us to learn from our errors and serve you better in future.
As soon as we receive your returned outfits, they are checked by our quality team. Once they give the “okay” signal, your store credit should reflect in your account within 15 days!
We take our time to carefully craft each outfit, making sure that only the most impeccable quality outfits reach you. However, if there are any such unfortunate circumstances, wherein you receive a damaged/defective outfit, we request you to e-mail us at [email protected] with the order ID, and a brief description with pictures of the defect within 24 hours of delivery. We shall get back to you within 48 hours and make up for our errors in the best way possible!
Refunds are available as store credit which is valid for 1 year from the date of reflection. They shall reflect in your Stitched Poetry account within 15 days of receiving an “okay” signal for your returned outfit(s) from our team. You will also receive an e-mail notification for the same.
For standard sizes, please refer to the size chart before you add outfits to your cart. If there is any other confusion, feel free to contact our assistance team. You can also have your outfit customized for an additional charge. However, if the ordered size doesn’t fit you or you ordered the wrong size, we request you to follow the below mentioned steps:
- Email or call our assistance team and we’ll initiate the exchange process. Don’t forget to add a short note with your size requirements along with the outfit.
- Once we receive the “okay” signal for your returned outfit from our team, we shall deliver the outfit within 15 days.
- Alternatively, if you want a credit note to be issued instead of exchange, please notify our assistance team regarding the same.
- You can then use your store credit to make the next purchase.
You can get in touch with our assistance team and ship the order back to us. Please note that customised and sale outfits can’t be returned.
It is not necessary to sign-up on the website. However, being a registered user saves you the hassle of entering details time and again when you place orders on our website. PS – registered users also enjoy special discounts!
As a registered user, you have signed yourself up for notifications about our offers, and special discounts based on your shopping trends. We swear we won’t spam your inbox!
Store credit will reflect under the My Account tab on our website.
Store credits are points you receive as a refund for your returned outfit(s). 1 credit point = 1 INR. They can be used as a payment mode for your orders. Make sure to login from the same email ID to which the store credit has been issued.
The following payment modes are accepted on the Stitched Poetry website:
- Cash on delivery
- Credit cards: Mastercard, Visa and American Express
- Debit cards : All major banks
- Net Banking: All major banks
